2026 Greek Independence Day Parade

This year we welcomed the Evzones to our parish and school on Friday April 17th. Accompanied by the Deputy Minister for Education, Religious Affairs and Sport of the Hellenic Republic Konstantinos Vlassis, Consular General Emmanuel Koubarakis, Consul Georgia Tasiopoulo, Bishop Dionysios of Zenopolis and Archdeacon Vassilis, we warmly welcomed them and were honored to show them our beautiful church and school.

On Sunday, we proudly marched as one parish community in the annual parade down Halsted Street. It was a little chilly, but the sun was shining as we celebrated our culture and heritage.
