Please join us for our Golf Outing, a fun-filled day of games and prizes.

Don't want to golf, but still want to join in the fun?  You can join us for the Dinner only, by filling out "Dinner Only" on the golfer form.

Registration fees include locker room facilities, continental breakfast, golf cart, shotgun start, lunch, social hour and buffet dinner, open bar, followed by an awards presentation and drawing.

Sponsor fees do not include golfing fees.
